Asheville Poké Card Show – Vendor Rules & Policies

1. Event Overview The Asheville Poké Card Show is a family-friendly event celebrating Pokémon trading cards, collectibles, and other trading cards. All vendors and participants are expected to contribute to a positive, respectful, and safe environment. 2. Vendor Eligibility • All vendors must be approved prior to setup. • Vendors may sell Pokémon, other TCG, and sports memorabilia (cards, collectibles, or art). • Counterfeit or unlicensed items are strictly prohibited. 3. Payment & Table Reservation • Table pricing and discounts are identified at checkout. • Tables are reserved only after payment is confirmed. Please advise if an alternate method for purchase is needed. • All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled. • Spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. 4. Setup & Breakdown • Setup: Starts at 8:30 AM; Show: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. • Vendors must stay set up for the full duration; breakdown begins after 4:00 PM. 5. Table & Space Use • Each vendor is guaranteed a designated table space provided by the event. • Vendors are encouraged to bring their own display racks or stands, provided they fit within their area and do not block isles or passage ways. • Keep displays neat and within your area; do not tape or hang items on venue walls. 6. Behavior & Conduct • Professional, respectful conduct is required at all times. • Harassment, aggressive selling, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. 7. Liability & Security • The event and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. • Vendors are responsible for the safety of their merchandise. 8. Wi-Fi & Power • Wi-Fi is not guaranteed; vendors should prepare to use mobile data. • Limited electrical access may be available but is not guaranteed. 9. Food & Beverages • Food and drinks allowed if kept tidy; no alcohol or smoking indoors. 10. Promotions & Photography • Vendors agree that photos and videos may be used for event promotion. • Vendors are encouraged to share and promote the event on social media. 11. Event Management Rights • Organizers reserve the right to relocate vendor spaces or revoke participation for policy violations. • Rules may be updated before the event. 12.
